Pickup and drop off at the location most convenient to you and if it's within the Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater city limits I'll meet you wherever you'd like at no additional cost! Travel charges outside of these cities may apply (see above price chart for details)

With over 13.5 years of experience and an average of 900 machines repaired annually, I am dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers in the Olympia/Puget Sound area of Washington. I also offer remote diagnosis of machine issues via phone call.

Sometimes the problem isn’t as complicated as it seems — a quick phone call can often save you the hassle of bringing your machine in.

First 10 minutes free. If it’s something simple, you’ll be up and running at no cost.

Need more time? Continue the call for just $25 flat (up to 30 minutes).

Local customers: If we discover the issue requires hands-on repair, your phone session fee will be credited toward your in-person service.

Peace of mind guarantee: If we’re not able to make meaningful progress together, I’ll waive the fee or roll it into the cost of repair.
Machine Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep your sewing machine in optimal condition with our professional cleaning and maintenance services. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly repairs and ensures that your machine operates smoothly for years to come.
Recommended Service Intervals

Revitalize your sewing, embroidery, or quilting machine with our comprehensive tune-up services. We'll fine-tune the mechanisms, adjust the tension, and oil the necessary parts to restore your machine's precision and performance.

Emergency Repair Services
Facing a sewing emergency? Don’t worry — our rush repair service gets your machine back in action fast. For just $40 extra, we’ll prioritize your repair and aim to have it ready within 48 hours (depending on parts and current workload), so you can get back to your projects without delay.
